1. Secure Your Order – $250 Deposit

Once you’ve decided on your Tesla Powerwall or solar battery system, you’ll place your order with a fully refundable $250 deposit to secure your installation.

2. Site Inspection & Energy Assessment

A Tesla Energy Certified Installer will visit your home or business to conduct a site inspection, assess your energy needs, and confirm the best setup for your system. We’ll also discuss any additional requirements to ensure a smooth installation. As a guide, the space required for the battery installation is 2200 (h) x 2000 (w).

3. System Approval & Scheduling

After the site inspection, we’ll finalise the installation details and submit any necessary approvals. Once everything is set, we’ll schedule your installation at a time that suits you.

4. Professional Installation

Our Tesla Energy Certified Installers will arrive on the scheduled day to install your system with precision and care. Most installations are completed within a day, ensuring minimal disruption to your home or business.

5. System Activation & Tesla App Setup

Once installed, we’ll activate your system and guide you through the Tesla app, so you can monitor your energy usage, track savings, and manage your power in real time.

6. Ongoing Support & Warranty

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your Tesla Powerwall comes with a 10-year warranty and our expert team is always available for ongoing support, maintenance, and energy optimisation advice.

Solar Victoria solar battery loans reduce the upfront cost of installing a solar battery, with repayments made over a four-year period. There are 4,500 interest-free loans of up to $8,800 available in 2023-24.
